The entertainment can make or break a wedding. If you are having a band, make sure you know how many sets they play during the reception, are they flexible if you want to extend the reception, do they supply background music whilst not playing live, how long do they play for the farewell circle?
For a D.J, if you are supplying cds make sure they are compatible with the DJ’s equipment.
Let the DJ know what style of music you do and do not want played. Make sure they have the songs on hand that you have requested.
At a wedding you need music playing the whole way through. The music cannot stop.
The Chapel
Our chapel, flooded with natural light, is a quiet, simple space that has no connection with any particular religion. We invite you to bring your own special religious or spiritual needs to farewell your loved one according to your beliefs. You will appreciate the softness and nurturing atmosphere of the chapel as you join with your fellow mourners to say good bye.The chapel can be made available for viewing prior to the funeral.
Our Reception Venues
Wether you want to use our chapel or not you are welcome to celebrate the life of your loved one with your family and friends in the quiet elegance of our Reception Centre. We are able to offer you a choice of two venues. The Cameo room, with its gilded mirrors and floor to ceiling drapes, for up to 80 guests and The Elizabeth Room that is able hold up to 350 guests.We have special private rooms set aside for grieving families, giving you time to take a breath and to console each other.
Audio visual and sound equipment is available on request if you require it.
Food and beverages
Our award winning chefs will work with you to produce the food of your choice for your guests. All food is prepared in our own in-house kitchens. We are happy to cater for special dietary or cultural requirements. A fully stocked bar is available in each venue.Guest Parking and Accommodation
We offer your guests private car parking for up to 90 cars. The comfortable Fourth Furlong Motel is available for your guests immediately next door to the reception centre.Disability Access
