The entertainment can make or break a wedding. If you are having a band, make sure you know how many sets they play during the reception, are they flexible if you want to extend the reception, do they supply background music whilst not playing live, how long do they play for the farewell circle?

For a D.J, if you are supplying cds make sure they are compatible with the DJ’s equipment.
Let the DJ know what style of music you do and do not want played. Make sure they have the songs on hand that you have requested.

At a wedding you need music playing the whole way through. The music cannot stop.

Venues

A choice of three venues can either be booked singularly or as a block to be used as break out rooms. The seating and table layout of each room is very flexible to suit your style of conference or meeting. Coffee, tea, water and mints are refreshed throughout the day.

Communication and presentation equipment

Internet is available to guests throughout the venue. Audio visual, sound equipment, a lectern, whiteboards and flip charts can be supplied upon request. Photocopying and fax facilities are available.

Food

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning tea and afternoon tea are all catered from our in-house kitchen, prepared by our award winning chefs. Suggested menus are available, dietary and cultural needs can be accommodated with ease.

Car parking and local accommodation.

Business Function or Corporate Conference need good parking. We offer your guests private car parking for up to 90 cars. The comfortable Fourth Furlong Motel is immediately next door to the reception centre.

Disability Access.

Easy access is available for your disabled guests.
