The entertainment can make or break a wedding. If you are having a band, make sure you know how many sets they play during the reception, are they flexible if you want to extend the reception, do they supply background music whilst not playing live, how long do they play for the farewell circle?

For a D.J, if you are supplying cds make sure they are compatible with the DJ’s equipment.
Let the DJ know what style of music you do and do not want played. Make sure they have the songs on hand that you have requested.

At a wedding you need music playing the whole way through. The music cannot stop.

From the formal club annual ball to a low key fundraising dinner, we can cater for all of them

Sports club presentations

Celebrate your of end seasonʼs triumphs and presentation events at Amberlee. We can fit up to 300 people in our Elizabeth Room or up to 80 people in the Cameo room, so bring them in to honour the greats of your club, past and present. You have all worked incredibly hard all season and deserve to celebrate in style.

Not for Profit Organisations and Charities

are welcome at Amberlee Receptions.

We welcome organiszations from different cultures wishing to celebrate in their own special way.

A choice of two venues

The Elizabeth Room, with itʼs huge dance floor that can host up to 350 seated for a presentation or 300 for dinner and dancing. You can bring in your own band or DJ to get the evening swinging.

The smaller, more intimate, Cameo Room can hold up to 120 people for presentations or 80 seated with room for your music and dancing.

Food and beverage

Our award winning chefs offer you a broad selection of A La Carte, buffet and cocktail menus to select from, or can work with you to design your own menu. We are happy to cater for the dietary or cultural need of your guests. There is a fully stocked bar in each venue. We offer food and drink packages.

Communication and presentation equipment

Audio visual and sound equipment can be supplied and installed on request. A stage and lectern are supplied with the room.

Car parking and local accommodation

We offer your guests private car parking for up to 90 cars. The comfortable Fourth Furlong Motel is immediately next door to the reception centre.

Disability Access

Easy access is available for your disabled guests.
