As part of our service, we can use our many years of experience and knowledge to work with you to make your dream day come true. On your special day they will be on hand to make sure that every thing is as it should be. Your bridal party will have it’s own member of staff to guide them through the day and to make sure you have all that you want. Your choice of two reception rooms
The Elizabeth Room, can spaciously seat up to 250 guests in air conditioned comfort, with expansive ballroom floor and mood lighting or the more intimate surroundings of The Cameo Room with it’s drapes and guided mirrors, seating up to 70 guests in elegant comfort. Each room has it’s own private retreat for the bridal party to take breath and relax.
Food
Our award winning chefs offer you a broad selection of A La Carte, buffet and cocktail menus to select from, or work with you to design your own menu. At Amberlee we provide food tastings of our dishes for you to try. We are happy to cater for the dietary or cultural need of your guests.
