The Emerald Package is designed for the couples that want to be involved in the planning. It would suit couples that are creative, organised and are not time poor.
They will have the flexibility of researching and choosing their own vendors or they may want to select from our preferred vendors list.
By choosing this package our couples will have the responsibility of communicating with their suppliers from start to finish.

- Slow Roasted prime Beef Sirloin slow roasted with a light pepper crust.
- Roast Lamb, marinated with fresh rosemary and garlic served with red wines jus.
- Penne Pasta tossed through a house made napoli sauce with spinach and seasonal vegetables served with Parmesan Cheese.
- Thai Red Chicken Curry ( Hot ) with Spanish Onions, Capsicum and coriander OR Butter Chicken (Mild).
- Served to compliment the curry choice of steamed Jasmine or infused Saffron Rice
- Twice cooked Oven roasted Potatoes
- Roasted Seasonal Vegetables (example : Carrots / Pumpkin/ Zuchinni)
